Publishing: Stories that connect and empower

At Flandrienella, we believe in the power of storytelling. A well-told story can do more than inspire—it can heal, connect, and shift perspectives. That’s why we are taking our first steps into publishing with books that resonate on a deeper level, whether it’s children’s books that foster resilience and creativity or non-fiction that offers insights into communication, leadership, and human behavior.

Our First Publications: Meaningful Stories with Impact

  • Children’s books that build emotional resilience – We have started with Dora Fontanella and the Garland Ponytail, a book that helps children let go of fears and embrace new ideas.
  • Non-fiction that bridges science and practice – We are currently working on The Conversation Doctor (working title), a book about the science behind conversations, expected by the end of 2025.
  • Visually and intellectually engaging – We collaborate with talented illustrators and experts to ensure our stories are not only meaningful but also visually powerful.

Why stories matter

Research shows that stories activate our brains differently than facts alone. They help us retain information, develop empathy, and understand complex ideas (Zak, 2014). For children in particular, books play a crucial role in developing language skills, emotional intelligence, and social understanding.

Though we are just getting started, we are committed to publishing stories that contribute to mental resilience and a broader perspective on the world. We believe stories don’t just entertain—they inspire and empower.

Follow us on this journey and explore our publications—because stories make a difference.
